目的:更好地评价贵阳市婴幼儿生长发育情况,建立一套更合适的喂养指数(ICFI)评分体系。方法:比较从国内外各选取的两套喂养指数评分体系,重新建立新评分体系,对6~24月龄婴幼儿的生长发育进行相关性分析。以SPSS软件进行统计分析,检验水准α=0.05。结果:城市婴幼儿的WAZ与方法 1、新评分呈正相关,其相关系数分别为:0.107、0.135,P为0.004、0.001;与方法 2呈负相关,相关系数分别为-0.110,P值分别为0.003;而LAZ与新评分的喂养指数呈正相关,相关系数为0.113,P值为0.005。农村中,新评分喂养指数与LAZ呈正相关,其相关系数为0.123,P值为0.03,但与WAZ则无相关性。结论:3种方法的喂养指数皆不同,新建立的评分体系可为本地婴幼儿喂养提供建议与指导,宣传正确的喂养知识。
Objective: To better evaluate the growth and development of infants and young children in Guiyang and to establish a more appropriate ICFI score system. Methods: To compare two feeding index scoring systems selected from home and abroad, and to establish a new scoring system to analyze the correlation between growth and development of infants aged 6 ~ 24 months. SPSS software for statistical analysis, test level α = 0.05. Results: There was a positive correlation between WAZ and method 1 and the new score in infants and young children. The correlation coefficients were 0.107 and 0.135, P 0.004 and 0.001 respectively. There was a negative correlation between WAZ and method 2. The correlation coefficients were -0.110 and P values were 0.003; while the LAZ was positively correlated with the new score of feeding index, the correlation coefficient was 0.113, P value was 0.005. In rural areas, the new score feeding index was positively correlated with LAZ with a correlation coefficient of 0.123 and a P value of 0.03, but no correlation with WAZ. CONCLUSION: The three methods all have different feeding indices. The newly established scoring system can provide advice and guidance for local infant and young child feeding, and promote proper feeding knowledge.
