目的建立银线莲的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,为规范银线莲药材的质量标准提供基础研究资料。方法采用Agilent TC-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.02 mol·L?1乙酸铵溶液,梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 m L·min?1,检测波长:260 nm,柱温:30℃。结果 10批银线莲指纹图谱的相似度均>0.90,确定了20个共有峰,指认了4个特征峰,建立了该药材的高效液相色谱指纹图谱。结论该指纹图谱方法准确可靠,重复性好,能很好地区分开金线莲、银线莲,可作为银线莲药材内在质量评价的依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish HPLC fingerprinting method of Anemarrhena asphodeloides L., and to provide basic research data for standardizing the quality standard of Anemone. Methods The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.02 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate solution (gradient elution, flow rate: 1.0 m L · min -1) using an Agilent TC-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) 260 nm, column temperature: 30 ℃. Results The similarity of fingerprints of 10 batches of silver wire lotus was> 0.90, 20 common peaks were identified, 4 characteristic peaks were identified, and HPLC fingerprinting of this medicine was established. Conclusion The fingerprinting method is accurate and reproducible, and has good repeatability. It can distinguish the Anoectochilus roxburghii and Anemarrhena asparagus easily and can be used as the basis for evaluating the inherent quality of the Aniline.
