实行教师聘任制,是我国人事制度的重大改革,它关系教师的切身利益。人们都认为:实施教师聘任制是打破“大锅饭”,解决“干好干坏一个样、干与不干一个样”的重要措施,教师聘任制能够优化教师队伍,调动教师积极性,让教师在竞争中得到素质的提高。教师聘任制的实施应当遵循双方地位平等的原则,由学校和教师签订聘任合同。教师聘任中,学校和教师双方的地位应该是平等的,然而,现今却出现了学校“任意”解聘教师的现象,那么教师聘用到底谁说了算?
