随着事业单位人事制度的不断改革以及老年职工的下岗,青年职工成为了当前事业单位的职员主体,青年职工一般拥有较高学历和专业素质,他们富有干劲,工作积极性高。但是,青年职工的思想政治往往不够成熟,他们若想在事业单位中进一步发展,就必须提高自身的思想政治修养。鉴于此,笔者将在下文中对当前事业单位青年职工思想政治教育工作进行探究,分析当前的青年职工思想政治情况并根据职工实际情况提出可行性的思想政治教育措施。
With the continual reform of the personnel system in public institutions and the lay-off of older workers, young workers and staff have become the mainstay of current public institutions. Young workers generally have higher education and professional qualifications. They are motivated and motivated to work highly. However, the ideological and political work of young workers is often not mature enough. If they want to further develop themselves in public institutions, they must improve their own ideological and political accomplishments. In view of this, the author will explore the ideological and political education of young workers in current institutions in the following sections, analyze the current ideological and political conditions of young workers and put forward feasible ideological and political education measures according to the actual conditions of employees.
