针对华能大坝发电公司汽轮机汽缸内壁经常发生气蚀现象,需要进行抢修补焊处理。补焊质量直接关系到设备连续运行周期,在我院焊接专业教师的指导下,经过多次实验,整理分析数据,探索出切实可行的补焊工艺方案;并制定出补焊时应逐层逐道进行补焊,跟进锤击、检查等详细的操作工艺方法及技术参数,成功解决了该难题,提高汽轮机运行寿命。该方案在企业得到推广应用。现对该工艺过程进行描述,供行业间技术交流。
For Huaneng Dam Power Company steam turbine cylinder wall cavitation often occur, the need for repair repair welding.
