为有效利用水茄资源,开发绿色环保并具有优良抑菌活性的水溶性农药应用于生产,通过对溶剂、乳化剂、水质及其量的筛选,确定水茄氯仿萃取物微乳剂初始配方;对pH、微乳液稳定性、低温稳定性、热贮稳定性、透明区域以及有效成分稳定性进行测定,确定其合格性。结果表明:二甲基亚砜对水茄提取物溶解效果最好,5g氯仿萃取物中加入20mL二甲基亚砜即可完全溶解并保持稳定;By-110为最佳乳化剂单体,每5g氯仿萃取物加入10g保证优良乳化性能;5%有效成分含量为水茄提取物微乳剂最佳有效成分含量;蒸馏水为最佳水质。该条件下制备的微乳剂剂型理化性状稳定,是一种合格的剂型。
In order to make effective use of water-eggplant resources, developing water-soluble pesticides with green environmental protection and excellent antibacterial activity were applied to the production. The initial formulation of chloroform-extracted microemulsion of water-eggplant was determined through the screening of solvents, emulsifiers, water quality and their amounts. pH, microemulsion stability, low temperature stability, heat storage stability, transparent areas and the stability of the active ingredient were determined to determine its eligibility. The results showed that dimethylsulfoxide had the best dissolving effect on water-eggplant extract, and 20mL of dimethylsulfoxide could be completely dissolved in 5g of chloroform extract and remained stable. By-110 was the best emulsifier monomer, 5g of chloroform extract added 10g to ensure excellent emulsifying properties; 5% active ingredient content of the water-eggplant extract the best active ingredient content; distilled water for the best water quality. The microemulsion prepared under the conditions of physical and chemical properties of stable, is a qualified dosage form.
