一般认为CO_2之所以能灭菌杀虫,乃因为它比空气重,排挤空气中的氧气造成缺氧窒息.但是,在抽气和通CO_2的对比试验中,通CO_2的害虫麻醉死亡速度比抽气缺氧的快72倍;抽气的害虫能保持长时间不死,即使抽气30分钟,虫子依然存活,这就提出一个问题,是缺氧窒息,还是CO_2本身的“杀灭”作用? 为探索CO_2灭菌杀虫的主因,特设计一系列试验.现将试验结果整理报道如下,供参考. 一、材料和方法
