近年生殖免疫学研究发现,正常精液及精子含有免疫抑制因子,它可能与精子和受精卵免遭女性免疫系统的排斥有关。因此研究精液免疫抑制因子的性质、作用及其机理不仅具有理论意义,而且也有实践价值。本文报道:(1)盐析、凝胶过滤、淀粉胶电泳等分离精液免疫抑制因子;(2)SDS-PAGE鉴定其纯度;(3)此因子在体外能明显抑制人外周血淋巴细胞(PBL)的NK活性。简要讨论了上述结果的意义。
In recent years, reproductive immunology research found that normal sperm and sperm contain immunosuppressive factors, which may be sperm and fertilized eggs from the female immune system rejection. Therefore, the study of the nature, role and mechanism of semen immunosuppressive factors not only has theoretical significance, but also has practical value. This article reports: (1) Separation of sperm immunosuppressive factor by salting-out, gel filtration and starch gel electrophoresis; (2) Purity identification by SDS-PAGE; (3) Inhibition of human peripheral blood lymphocytes ) NK activity. Briefly discussed the significance of the above results.
