灌南县酿造厂是县内唯一的生产酱油、食醋、豆腐乳、腌制菜为主的国有商办工业企业。始建于1958年,从起初的小手工作坊逐步发展成为机械化生产,形成一定的生产规模。步入市场经济后由于产品在市场上缺乏竞争力,效益呈负增长,企业面临艰难境地。1996年在主管部门的领导下,厂内实施运营机制改革,提出“学习邯钢经验,强化目标成本管理,提高企业效益”的口号。参照邯钢经验,结合本厂实际,全面推广和试运行“资金管理、人事管理、产品管理、现场管理、营销管理”等新的管理方法,取得了较好的效果。
Guannan brewing factory is the only state-owned commercial enterprise that produces soy sauce, vinegar, fermented bean curd, and marinated vegetables. Founded in 1958, it gradually evolved into a mechanized production from the initial small-hand workshops and formed a certain scale of production. After entering the market economy, due to the lack of competitiveness of products in the market and negative growth in profits, companies are facing a difficult situation. In 1996, under the leadership of the competent department, the company implemented a reform of the operating mechanism and put forward the slogan “Learning Shaogang’s experience, strengthening target cost management, and improving corporate profits.” With reference to the experience of Handan Iron and Steel, combined with the actual conditions of the plant, the new management methods such as “Fund Management, Personnel Management, Product Management, Site Management, and Marketing Management” have been comprehensively promoted and trial run, and have achieved good results.
