视频面阵CCD相机已经得到了广泛的应用,为了解决不同的应用对高频率、高分辨率不同的要求等问题,同时扩大其应用范围,提出了一种适用于视频面阵CCD相机的多工作模式成像技术。首先,分析了视频面阵CCD的功能和特点,确定CCD的工作模式;其次,根据这些工作模式确定多模式成像的视频面阵CCD相机的组成;然后,详细阐述了时序驱动电路中工作模式的切换方法;最后,在各种工作模式下对视频面阵CCD相机分别进行了外场成像试验。实验结果表明:视频面阵CCD相机在各种工作模式下的成像效果很好,并且每种工作模式之间的切换时间为2ms,提高了视频面阵CCD相机多工作模式成像方法的有效性和实时性。
