目的:为了解肝癌与α-L-岩藻糖苷酸的关系。方法:采用改良微量比色法对122例病人及100例正常体检者的血α-L-岩藻糖苷酸酶(AFU)进行检测。结果:100例正常对照AFUx=265.8mmol.L-1.h-1;s=118.6mmol.L-1.h-1;原发性肝癌(PHC)43例,x=629.5mmol.L-1.h-1,s=211.7mmol.L-1.h-1;肝硬化(LC)52例,x=332.9mmoL.L-1.h-1,s=226mmol.L-1.h-1;消化道癌27例,x=313.2mmol.L-1.h-1,s=154mmol.L-1.h-1。结论:PHC与正常对照组差别有极显著意义(P<0.001),且PHC明显高于LC组及消化道癌组(P<0.01),特别对甲胎蛋白(AFP)阳性的病人有重要的临床诊断价值。
Objective: To understand the relationship between liver cancer and α-L-fucoidate. Methods: The serum α-L-fucosylase (AFU) in 122 patients and 100 normal subjects were detected by modified microchromatography. Results: 100 normal controls AFUx = 265.8 mmol. L-1. H-1;s=118.6 mmol. L-1. H-1; primary liver cancer (PHC) in 43 cases, x = 629.5 mmol. L-1. H-1, s=211.7 mmol. L-1. H-1; Liver cirrhosis (LC) in 52 cases, x = 332.9 mmoL. L-1. H-1,s=226mmol. L-1. H-1; gastrointestinal cancer in 27 cases, x = 313.2 mmol. L-1. H-1,s=154 mmol. L-1. H-1. Conclusion: The difference between PHC and normal control group is extremely significant (P<0.001), and PHC is significantly higher than that of LC group and gastrointestinal cancer group (P<0.01), especially for alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) positive Patients have important clinical diagnostic value.
