目的调查分析高血压病患者控制钠盐摄入的行为因素。方法依据调查问卷的方式,对133例病程达半年以上,年龄在40岁以上的高血压病患者进行调查。结果患者的文化程度、抵制腌制食品的程度、大众媒体对高血压病饮食知识的宣传程度以及家庭成员对患者的支持程度是影响高血压病患者限盐行为的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论加强对文化程度较低患者人群的宣传,重视大众媒体的作用,寻找有效的健康教育方式,呼吁社会支持是促进高血压患者限盐依从性的有效手段。
Objective To investigate the behavioral factors of controlling sodium intake in hypertensive patients. Methods According to the way of questionnaire, 133 cases of hypertensive patients whose disease course was more than six months and over 40 years of age were surveyed. Results The educational level of patients, the degree of resistance to pickled foods, the publicity of knowledge of hypertension in the mass media and the degree of family members’ support for patients were the main factors affecting the salt-limiting behavior of patients with essential hypertension (P <0.05). Conclusion It is an effective measure to promote salt tolerance compliance in hypertensive patients by strengthening the publicity of the patients with low educational level, emphasizing the role of the mass media, finding effective health education methods and calling for social support.
