随着经济社会的发展,跨区域、规模化的人力资源流动日益频繁,对国内流动人才档案管理工作提出了新的问题,带来了新的挑战。本文就流动人才档案管理存在的问题、原因进行讨论,并提出管理模式的创新发展。
With the development of economy and society, the flow of trans-regional and large-scale human resources has become increasingly frequent, putting forward new problems and bringing new challenges to the file management of domestic mobile talents. This article discusses the existing problems and reasons of mobile talent file management and puts forward the innovation and development of the management model.
