Objective To investigate the correlation between affective disorder and cognitive dysfunction in patients with affective disorder and impaired function after cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 120 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly selected from our hospital. Among them, 80 patients with cognitive dysfunction were Group A, 40 patients with affective disorder were Group B, 60 healthy subjects were selected as Group C in the same period, Cognitive function, emotional disorders, and CT examination, analysis of test results. Results The scores of cognitive function and emotional function in group A and group B were significantly different from those in group C (P <0.05). The score of cognitive function in group A was significantly lower than that in group B, and the score of emotional function was significantly higher In group B, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The left lesion had a significantly higher cognitive and affective dysfunction than the right lesion. The effects of frontal and temporal lobe cranial nerve on cognitive function Larger, parietal lobe, temporal lobe, frontal lobe brain injury on emotional function greater; different brain injury sites on cognitive impairment in patients with cerebral infarction, emotional dysfunction difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The incidence of cognitive impairment and affective disorder in patients with cerebral infarction is high, and it has a significant correlation with the functional impairment of cerebral nerves, which seriously affects the therapeutic effect and quality of life of patients.
