在社会、经济、文化教育和学校规格不断变化和转型的现实背景下,教师群体不得不面临着突变的专业发展要求、频繁的人事变动和岗位调整,从而难免出现自卑和无奈、疲惫和倦怠、茫然和焦虑、平和与激进交织而成的复杂情绪,进而导致教师职业效能感低下,影响自身成长和学校发展。因此,打造阳光教师团队在转型期显得尤为重要。在转型期,学校要从管理机制、环境建设、教师个体心理调适和团队建设等方面入手,重视和组建科学合理、积极健康、自然有序、协作互动的阳光教师团队,努力办好职业教育。
Facing the ever-changing and transformational social, economic, cultural, educational and school settings, teachers groups have to face abrupt professional development demands, frequent personnel changes and post adjustments, which inevitably lead to inferiority and helplessness, exhaustion and burnout. Dazed and anxious, peaceful and radical intertwined complex emotions, which led to low teacher professional efficacy, affecting their own growth and school development. Therefore, to create the Sunshine teacher team in the transition period is particularly important. In the transitional period, schools should attach importance to and establish a team of sunshine teachers who are scientific, rational, active, healthy, orderly, and collaborative and interactive, from the aspects of management mechanism, environment construction, individual psychological adjustment of teachers and team building, and strive to run vocational education.
