关於压缩机马力计算,册籍所载办法不一,但很难寻求比较准确的途径。笔者以工作关系,曾作如下考虑,现笔錄於後,以供从事是项工作者之参考。压缩机动力之消耗,可分三部份考虑:卽压缩过程中所耗之功、机械摩擦等损失、及由电动机作出之功。如压缩过程中所作之功及电动机所作之功计算准确,则此压缩机之机械损失变可得准确结果。以下所述,僅指压缩过程作功而论。表示整个压缩过程最简单而切实的办法,当推P-V图表。因图表之制取,係用简单机械或仪器,根据实际情况测量,故依此进行考虑,当较他法完善。现设某压缩机之指示图表如[图一]。
Compressor horsepower calculation, the book contains different approaches, but it is difficult to seek a more accurate way. The author in the working relationship, had made the following considerations, is now recorded in the post, for the workers engaged in the reference. Compressor power consumption, can be divided into three parts to consider: 卽 compression process consumed power, mechanical friction and other losses, and the power made by the motor. If the compression process made by the power and motor work done accurately calculated, then the mechanical loss of the compressor can get accurate results. As described below, only the compression process works. The easiest and tacit way to represent the entire compression process when pushing P-V charts. Due to the chart system, the Department of simple machinery or equipment, measured according to the actual situation, it is considered accordingly, when more perfect than him.
