高炉炉顶设备的运行稳定性是保证高炉冶炼稳定运行的关键,随着炼铁产量的不断增加,对高炉炉顶设备的自动化控制系统提出了稳定、准确、可靠等严格要求。文章首先分析了高炉炉顶自动化控制系统当前存在的问题,通过对PLC自动化控制系统一级网络结构中的环形网络和树形网络结构的优点和缺点进行比较分析,融合两种网络结构的优点,改造部分网络结构,使高炉炉顶设备达到最佳工作状态,从而达到降本增效、降低劳动强度、延长设备使用寿命的目的。
