一直被视为抗肿瘤单抗的PD4在对其抗原进行纯化、测序后被证实为抗猪鼻支原体抗体。用单抗PD4通过免疫组化检测发现 ,胃癌、大肠癌有较高的支原体感染率。细胞学实验表明 ,猪鼻支原体可提高胃癌细胞MGC803在软琼脂上克隆形成能力 ,单抗PD4则能够抑制这种作用。作者在回顾相关文献的基础上结合自己实验室的上述工作得出结论:支原体感染和肿瘤发生可能存在被人们忽视的某种相关性 ,需要进一步予以系统研究
PD4, which has long been considered as an anti-tumor mAb, has been identified as anti-M. hyopneumoniae antibody after its antigen has been purified and sequenced. With the monoclonal antibody PD4 detected by immunohistochemistry, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer have a higher mycoplasma infection rate. Cytological experiments showed that Mycoplasma hyorhinis could improve the ability of gastric cancer cell MGC803 to clone on soft agar and the monoclonal antibody PD4 could inhibit this effect. On the basis of reviewing the relevant literature and combining with the above work in our laboratory, the authors concluded that mycoplasma infection and tumorigenesis may have some relevance neglected and need further systematic research
