目的观察不同辐射时间的毫米波辐射对兔眼角膜的影响。方法应用 36.04GHz(波长 8.3mm)毫米波辐射兔眼,功率密度 64mW/cm2,辐射时间 6h组、 3h组、 1h组和辐射 1h,连续 6d组;照后即刻、 1d、 7d和 14d,用光镜、透射电镜和扫描电镜观察角膜上皮细胞和内皮细胞的动态变化。结果 6h组上皮细胞和内皮细胞损伤明显,呈不可逆性; 3h组损伤较明显,呈可逆性。结论一定辐射时间的毫米波辐射可使角膜上皮细胞和内皮细胞发生不可逆性和可逆性的损伤。
Objective To observe the effects of millimeter wave radiation at different irradiation times on the cornea of rabbits. Methods Rabbit eyes were irradiated with 36.04GHz (wavelength 8.3mm) millimeter wave radiation, the power density was 64mW / cm2, irradiation time was 6h, 3h, 1h and radiation for 1h, The dynamic changes of corneal epithelial cells and endothelial cells were observed with light microscope, transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope. Results 6h group of epithelial cells and endothelial cells were significantly damaged, showed irreversible; 3h injury was more obvious, was reversible. Conclusion Millimeter wave radiation at a certain irradiation time can cause irreversible and reversible damage to corneal epithelial cells and endothelial cells.
