2011和2012年分别采用田间自然病圃和病土盆栽方法对167份大豆品种(系)进行了大豆胞囊线虫14号生理小种(SCN14)的抗性鉴定。田间鉴定结果表明:高抗病材料3份,占参试材料的1.8%;中抗材料20份,占参试材料的11.98%。对这23份材料进行盆栽鉴定,结果表明:23份种质均抗SCN14号小种。参试167份材料中绝大部分对SCN14号小种表现为感病或高感,表现抗病的品种基本是小黑豆或小黑豆改良的后代材料。
The identification of resistance to Soybean cyst nematode 14 (SCN14) was carried out on 167 soybean cultivars (lines) using natural nurseries and potted soil in 2011 and 2012 respectively. Field appraisal results showed that 3 high resistant materials accounted for 1.8% of the tested materials, 20 medium resistant materials accounted for 11.98% of the tested materials. The 23 materials were potted for identification, the results showed that: 23 germplasm were SCN14 race. Most of the 167 materials tested showed susceptibility or high susceptibility to SCN14 breeds, and the varieties showing disease resistance were basically the improved progeny materials of black bean or black bean.
