选择工厂化养殖模式下,生长期和规格均相似的大菱鲆(Scophthalmus maximus)、褐牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus)和半滑舌鳎(Cynoglossus semilaevis),检测并比较了血液生化指标的差异。结果表明,半滑舌鳎的谷丙转氨酶和谷氨酰氨基转肽酶含量均高于大菱鲆和褐牙鲆,且含量差异极显著(P<0.01),肌酸激酶含量也显著高于大菱鲆和褐牙鲆(P<0.05),而大菱鲆和褐牙鲆之间差异不显著(P>0.05);褐牙鲆的碱性磷酸酶、球蛋白和胆固醇含量显著高于另外两种鱼(P<0.05),而大菱鲆的肌酐、尿酸、葡萄糖和尿素氮含量则处于3种鱼的最高水平。本研究为深入了解中国主要养殖鲆鲽类血液特征,开展养殖鲆鲽类健康状况和营养水平评估提供参考。
Scophthalmus maximus, Paralichthys olivaceus and Cynoglossus semilaevis were selected under factory farming mode with similar growth period and different specifications to detect and compare blood biochemical markers. The results showed that the contents of alanine aminotransferase and glutamyl transpeptidase were higher than those in turbot and turbot, and the contents of alanine aminotransferase and glutamyl transpeptidase were significantly different (P <0.01) (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between turbot (Paralichthys olivaceus) and Japanese flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) (P> 0.05); alkaline phosphatase, globulin and cholesterol content of flounder were significantly higher than those of the other two species P <0.05), but turbot turbid creatine, uric acid, glucose and urea nitrogen content in the highest level of three kinds of fish. This study provides a reference for further understanding of the blood characteristics of flounder and flounder in China and for assessing the health status and nutritional status of flounder.
