目的:食管术后患者的营养尤为重要,本文探讨了胸骨后径路胃造瘘进行术后营养的可行性。方法:回顾性分析了第二军医大学附属上海长征医院胸外科2011年1月至2013年12月间127例食管癌患者,所有患者均行胸骨后胃造瘘,并分析其术后并发症。结果:无一例患者出现术后肠梗阻,无一例因造瘘管出现皮下感染,无一例出现造瘘管脱落。结论:对于胸骨后径路食管重建患者而言,术中进行胃造瘘解决术后营养问题切实有效。
OBJECTIVE: The nutritional status of patients after esophageal surgery is particularly important. This article discusses the feasibility of postoperative nutrition of the posterior fossa gastric gastrostomy. Methods: A total of 127 esophageal cancer patients from January 2011 to December 2013 in Shanghai Changzheng Hospital affiliated to Second Military Medical University were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent resection of posterior stomach gastrostomy and their postoperative complications were analyzed. RESULTS: None of the patients had postoperative intestinal obstruction. None of the patients had a subcutaneous infection due to a fistula, and none of the patients had an ectopic fistula. Conclusion: For patients with esophageal reconstruction of the sternum after esophagectomy, intraoperative gastrostomy to solve postoperative nutritional problems is effective.
