近年来经济全球化发展趋势良好,在全球范围内形成了国际一体化局面。在此背景下我国各集团企业不断引进财务共享服务中心理念,结合我国实际国情,构建多元化产业集团公司财务共享服务中心,促进企业长远发展。本文结合西部机场集团概况,对实现财务共享服务中心构建必要性进行分析,总结出其财务管理模式的不足,进而展开构建财务共享服务中心的可行性分析,最后将着重探讨出搭建该集团公司财务共享服务中心的有效对策。旨在通过本文理论论述促进集团公司财务管理效率提升,降低财务成本,进而提升企业综合竞争力。
In recent years, the trend of economic globalization has been developing well and has formed an international integration situation on a global scale. Against this backdrop, all the group companies in our country constantly introduce the concept of financial sharing service center and construct the financial sharing service center of diversified industrial group companies in light of China’s actual national conditions so as to promote the long-term development of the enterprise. Based on the general situation of the West Airport Group, this paper analyzes the necessity of building a financial shared service center, summarizes the deficiencies of its financial management model, and then analyzes the feasibility of building a financial shared service center.
