针对“材料成形工艺学”课程讲授过程中存在的学生对工艺过程难以理解、工艺原理难以把握等问题,改变了传统的教学方式,引入启发式教学。在教学过程中,将实物启发、设疑引导、对比理解、情景启发、角色转化、互动讨论等多种启发式教学方法应用在“材料成形工艺学”的铸造、锻压、焊接、非金属成形等工艺中,同时辅之以现代多媒体教学手段,更多、更准确地向学生传授知识,激发了学习潜能、培养了学习兴趣。启发式教学在“材料成形工艺学”课程中取得了很好的应用效果,显著提高了教学质量,该教学方法可以推广应用到其他各类工艺学的教学活动中。
In view of the problems existing in the process of lecturing, such as “Material Forming Technology”, the students are difficult to understand the process, the process principle is difficult to grasp and so on, changing the traditional teaching methods and introducing heuristic teaching. In the process of teaching, heuristic teaching methods such as inspiration in kind, guidance in doubt, doubtful comprehension, situational inspiration, role transformation and interactive discussion are applied in casting, forging, welding, nonmetallic materials in “Material Forming Technology” Forming and other processes, at the same time supplemented by modern multimedia teaching methods, more and more accurate teaching to students, stimulating learning potential, and cultivate the interest in learning. The heuristic teaching has achieved good application results in the course of “Material Forming Technology” and has significantly improved the teaching quality. The teaching method can be applied to teaching activities of other kinds of technology.
