研究了Super304H钢在600、650、700℃下Na_2SO_4、K_2SO_4、KCl混合熔盐环境中与SO_2+O_2气氛环境中的高温腐蚀行为。使用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪和能谱仪对腐蚀产物的形貌和相组成以及元素分布等进行分析。测量了Super304H钢在两种环境下的氧化动力学曲线,分析了两种不同腐蚀环境的腐蚀机理。结果表明,Super304H钢在600、700℃下的混合熔盐环境中耐蚀性较差,而在600℃的SO_2+O_2气氛环境中显示出良好的耐蚀性。
The corrosion behavior of Super304H steel at 600,650,700 ℃ under high temperature mixed SO 2 + O 2 atmosphere was investigated in the mixed molten salt environment of Na_2SO_4, K_2SO_4 and KCl. The morphology, phase composition and elemental distribution of the corrosion products were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and energy dispersive spectroscopy. The oxidation kinetics curves of Super304H steel in two environments were measured and the corrosion mechanism of two different corrosion environments was analyzed. The results show that the corrosion resistance of Super304H steel is poor in mixed molten salt environment at 600 and 700 ℃, and shows good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere of SO 2 + O 2 at 600 ℃.
