Based on the analysis of metal melt atomization process, the mathematical model of atomized droplet during flight was established. Select the pure aluminum as the simulated atomized metal, calculated the atomization gas velocity, the droplet velocity, the droplet temperature, atomization cone solid content and other process parameters of the change process
