随着中国经济的不断发展,中国企业加快了对外投资的步伐,政治风险已成为跨国投资回避不了的话题。本文结合中海油收购优尼科一案,分析了中国在美国直接投资所遭遇的政治风险,并从国际政治经济学的研究视角出发,认为中美之间在经济、安全和政治方面的竞争关系是引起政治风险的根源所在。在这三层竞争关系的影响下,美国对于中国企业,特别是国有企业传播母国政治体制和价值观念,进而威胁和挑战其霸主地位和发展模式的担忧加大了中国在美投资的特有政治风险。
With the continuous development of China’s economy, Chinese enterprises have accelerated the pace of overseas investment and political risk has become a topic that can not be avoided by multinational investment. Based on the case of Unocal purchased by CNOOC, this article analyzes the political risks encountered by China in direct investment in the United States. From the perspective of international political economics research, it concludes that the economic, security and political competition between China and the United States is the cause of political The root cause of the risk. Under the influence of these three layers of competition, the United States fears that Chinese enterprises, especially state-owned enterprises, will spread the political system and values of the homeland, thereby threatening and challenging their hegemony and development mode, thereby increasing the peculiar political risk of China’s investment in the United States .
