平顶山梨园矿宁庄井部分巷道围岩体软弱且具有高应力、大变形、流变等特点。该巷道在原锚网喷支护和可缩性U型钢支架支护方式下变形量大、破坏比较严重,后采用高强U型钢支架支护。经数值模拟和现场工业性试验表明,该支护方式能有效控制围岩体变形,具有良好的支护效果。
Pingdingshan Liyuan Mine Ningzhuang part of the surrounding rock mass is weak and has high stress, large deformation, rheological characteristics. The roadway in the original anchor net spray support and retractable U-shaped steel bracket support deformation, the more serious damage, after the use of high-strength U-shaped steel bracket support. The numerical simulation and on-site industrial tests show that this support method can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock mass and has good support effect.
