九年一贯制学校办学模式初探

创办九年一贯制学校是更好地推行素质教育的需要,也是提高教育质量、提高办学效益的一条途径。九年一贯制的办学模式,有利于对人、财、物的统筹管理和优化配置,有利于师资水平的提高,有利于学校特色的形成和巩固,更有利于学生全面素质的提高。但在办学过程中也存在着一些问题。本文论述了九年一贯制学校的特点、优势及存在的问题,且就如何解决进行了探讨。 The establishment of a nine-year consistent school system is a need for better quality education. It is also a way to improve the quality of education and improve the effectiveness of running a school.
