对304、65Mn金属橡胶去应力退火正交试验结果进行了比较。结果表明:304、65Mn金属橡胶动态损耗因子分别对冷却方式和退火温度比较敏感,在金属橡胶的去应力退火工艺过程中需分别严格控制;为获得较高的损耗因子,钢丝强度、硬度较低的304金属橡胶的密度宜取较大一些;304、65Mn金属橡胶的最优去应力退火工艺参数相同,这说明钢丝材质对金属橡胶去应力退火工艺参数的影响较小。
The results of stress-relief annealing orthogonal test of 304 and 65Mn metal rubbers were compared. The results show that the dynamic loss factors of 304 and 65Mn metal rubbers are respectively sensitive to the cooling method and the annealing temperature. In the process of de-stressing annealing of metal-rubber, the dynamic and wear factors of the 304 and the 65Mn metal rubbers need to be strictly controlled. In order to obtain the higher loss factor, 304 metal rubber density should be larger; 304,65Mn metal rubber optimum stress relief annealing process parameters are the same, indicating that the wire material on the stress-relief annealing of metal rubber process parameters smaller.
