文章内容涉及浮法玻璃生产线电加热控制系统,属玻璃机械领域。当前国际主流的浮法玻璃生产线不论是玻璃的成形,还是玻璃的退火,都需要采用电加热的形式对玻璃液或玻璃进行逐步的降温直至玻璃最终成品。尤其在玻璃的退火过程中,温度的变化起到至关重要的作用。因此,对电加热的精准控制显得尤为重要。与传统的模拟量控制相比,基于Profibus-DP协议的通讯控制由于信号是采用压差的方式传输,在抗干扰性和长距离传输信号的衰减上具有更可靠的稳定性和精准性。本文所阐述的是利用西门子315-2DP的CPU与国产高性能的四川英杰品牌的KTY3S系列调功器之间的DP通讯。
The article relates to the float glass production line electric heating control system, is a glass machinery field. The current international mainstream float glass production line, whether glass forming, or glass annealing, require the use of electric heating glass or glass in the form of gradually cooling until the glass final product. Especially in the glass annealing process, the temperature changes play a crucial role. Therefore, the precise control of electric heating is particularly important. Compared with the traditional analog control, the communication control based on Profibus-DP protocol, because the signal is transmitted by the pressure difference, has more reliable stability and accuracy in anti-jamming and long-distance transmission signal attenuation. This article describes the use of Siemens 315-2DP CPU and domestic high-performance Sichuan Yingjie brand KTY3S series of power regulator between the DP communication.
