在镉胁迫下,小麦叶中超氧阴离子自由基(O-·2)的积累显著增加,伴随MDA含量升高,显示发生膜脂过氧化.镉胁迫使活性氧清除酶系统功能紊乱,其中SOD酶活性下降,POD酶活性升高,而CAT酶活性无显著变化.SH基的含量下降与电解质泄漏加剧呈负相关,表明细胞质膜的结构和功能都受到损伤.推测小麦受镉伤害过程中,活性氧代谢失衡造成的膜脂过氧化起着重要作用.
Under cadmium stress, the accumulation of superoxide anion radicals (O- · 2) in wheat leaves increased significantly, accompanied by the increase of MDA content, which showed that the membrane lipid peroxidation occurred. Under cadmium stress, the active oxygen scavenging enzyme system was dysfunctional, in which SOD activity decreased, POD activity increased, while CAT activity did not change significantly. The decrease of SH content was negatively correlated with the increase of electrolyte leakage, indicating that the structure and function of plasma membrane were damaged. It is speculated that during wheat injury caused by cadmium, membrane lipid peroxidation caused by imbalance of active oxygen metabolism plays an important role.
