《浙江中医杂志》1992年第3期报道,樊良卿等将活血化瘀中药丹皮、刘寄奴、三棱、莪术、丹参、赤芍、川芎、郁金、当归、红花、桃仁、益母草、鸡血藤、苏木、泽兰、牛膝、蒲黄、五灵脂、延胡索、血竭,采用传统煎药法,煎取高剂量和低剂量两种浓度,分别灌喂小鼠,同时设常水灌胃的对照组,15天后处死小鼠,无菌取出脾脏,按规定

In a control group in which water was administered to the stomach, mice were sacrificed 15 days later and the spleen was aseptically removed.
