在Au-Pd系中分别加入Zr、Mo、Y3种稀有金属元素,研究稀有金属元素的加入对Au-Pd合金组织结构及力学和电学性能的影响。合金在真空高频炉中熔炼。首先用X射线衍射仪和金相显微镜对合金的显微组织和结构进行分析,用电桥、涡流导电仪测量合金的电阻率,用拉力试验机测量合金的力学性能。结果表明稀有金属元素的加入可以有效地细化合金的显微组织,并且提高合金的熔点、密度、力学性能和电阻率,但是合金的加工性能有所降低。
In the Au-Pd system were added Zr, Mo, Y three kinds of rare metal elements to study the addition of rare metal elements on the Au-Pd alloy structure and mechanical and electrical properties. The alloy is melted in a vacuum high-frequency furnace. Firstly, the microstructure and structure of the alloy were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer and metallographic microscope. The electrical resistivity of the alloy was measured by electric bridge and eddy current conductivity meter. The mechanical properties of the alloy were measured by tensile testing machine. The results show that the addition of rare metal elements can effectively refine the microstructure of the alloy and increase the melting point, density, mechanical properties and electrical resistivity of the alloy, but the processing performance of the alloy decreases.
