溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的病因和发病机制还不清楚,但由于该病在组织学上主要表现为结肠粘膜损伤,这是否由于结肠粘膜上皮细胞凋亡异常而引起粘膜损伤、溃疡?为阐明这一问题,我们应用免疫荧光标记和流式细胞技术动态检测了活动期和缓解期UC活检组织中与凋亡有关的3个关键性调控蛋白CD95(Apo-1/Fas),Apo-2.7,Bcl-2表达,旨在从凋亡的角度探讨UC的发病机制。 1 材料和方法 1.1 材料 UC患者20例,男8例,女12例,平均年龄30.8岁,均符合1993年太原全国慢性非感染性肠道疾病学术研讨
