目的探讨黄芩提取物对糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)大鼠胃推进功能的影响。方法建立大鼠DGP模型并口服相应的药物,再检测各组大鼠的胃内残留率、离体胃条的收缩情况,并分别用TBA比色法和黄嘌呤氧化酶法检测大鼠胃组织中的丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果黄芩提取物可改善DGP大鼠的胃排空,黄芩组大鼠的胃内残留率较模型组的低(P<0.05),其离体胃条自主收缩幅度较模型组的大(P<0.05),且胃组织中的MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05)、SOD活性升高(P<0.05)。结论黄芩提取物对大鼠DGP有一定的改善作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of extract of Radix Astragali on gastric advancing function in diabetic gastroparesis (DGP) rats. Methods The rat DGP model was established and the corresponding drugs were taken orally. The gastric residual rate and the contraction of isolated gastric strips were detected in each group. The gastric tissue was measured by TBA colorimetric method and xanthine oxidase method, respectively. Malondialdehyde (MDA) content, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity. Results Astragalus extract could improve gastric emptying in DGP rats. Rats in the Astragalus group had a lower residual rate in the stomach than in the model group (P<0.05). The extent of spontaneous contraction of the isolated gastric strip was larger than that of the model group (P< 0.05), and the content of MDA in gastric tissue was significantly decreased (P <0.05), SOD activity was increased (P <0.05). Conclusion Astragalus extract can improve DGP in rats.
