微波信号源的幅度稳定是许多精密微波测量所必须的。中国计量科学研究院和国营8460厂研制了一种稳定度达每小时10~(-4)量级、功率稳定系数优于5×10~(-6)的新型稳幅器。该仪器系采用高方向性的定向耦合器和恒温热敏电阻座(或恒温镇流电阻座)作为功率取样器,伺服放大器具有0.5μV/℃的温漂和高达140 dB的开环增益。从而使该仪器获得了优良的短期和长期稳定度,并提供了输出反射系数小于0.015的等效讯号源。这种稳幅器可用作微波小功率传递标准、用于精密微波衰减测量和用作微波六端口网络分析仪的指示器等,是一种多功能的精密微波测量仪器,国营8460厂已小批量生产以满足国内各种精密微波测量的要求。全部电路都固体化,性能稳定、可靠性高、操作使用方便。本文摘述其稳幅原理和性能指标,给出了实验结果。
