室性心律失常是急性心肌梗塞患者的主要临床表现,常威胁生命。近来发现细胞内供应心肌收缩能量的高能磷酸盐——磷酸肌酸对缺血心肌有明显的保护作用,它可保持心肌细胞膜的完整性、贮存细胞内高能磷酸盐、恢复缺血后心肌功能。急性缺血和再灌流实验结果表明,磷酸肌酸有显著的抗心律失常作用。本文旨在临床评价外源性磷酸肌酸控制急性心肌梗塞时心律失常的疗效。方法:60例急性心肌梗塞病人,年龄35~70岁,均在胸痛发作后6小时内收入冠心监护病房,随机分成两组:磷酸肌酸治疗组(30例),对照组(30例)。

Acute ischemia and reperfusion experiments showed that creatine phosphate has a significant anti-arrhythmic effect. This article aims to clinical evaluation of exogenous creatine phosphate in the control of arrhythmia in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods: Sixty patients with acute myocardial infarction, aged from 35 to 70 years old, were enrolled in the coronary care unit within 6 hours after the onset of chest pain and were randomly divided into two groups: the creatine phosphate group (n = 30), the control group (n = 30) .
