本文在对以往主持人评价研究的基础上,从人力资本学和品牌学两个维度入手,借鉴人力资本学对人力资本考核的价值法,以及品牌学中的间接评价模型,通过对品牌强度的七个因素进行分析,提出了主持人评价的理论体系。
