针对徐闻X1井井底静止温度高达160℃给油层套管固井带来的技术难题,首次选用了适于井温范围在90~150℃的高温深井固井水泥浆体系应用于该井。对高温新型降失水剂TW 110L和缓凝剂TW 302L等外加剂进行了室内试验,在施工现场与固井所用的水样、水泥和硅粉进行了配伍性试验。现场试验表明:该水泥浆体系在高温下性能稳定,稠化时间易于调节,过渡时间短,稠化曲线基本呈直角,且水泥石抗压强度符合质量要求,能满足徐闻X1井油层套管的固井需要。高温深井水泥浆体系在徐闻X1井油层套管固井的成功应用表明,该体系能解决由于井下高温而引起的固井技术难题。
In view of the technical problems brought by the well bottoming temperature of Xuwen X1 well at the bottom of the well up to 160 ℃, the high temperature deep well cementing slurry system suitable for well temperature range of 90 ~ 150 ℃ was selected for this well. Indoor experiments were carried out on the additives such as TW 110L and TW 302L as new fluid loss additives at high temperature. Compatibility tests were carried out with water samples, cement and silica fume used in cementing at the construction site. Field tests show that the cement slurry system has stable performance at high temperature, easy thickening time, short transition time, thicker curve at right angles and compressive strength of cement meet the quality requirements, which can meet the requirements of casing of Xuwen X1 oil well Cementing needs. The successful application of the high temperature deep well cement slurry system in casing casing of Xuwen X1 oil well shows that the system can solve the cementing technical problems caused by the downhole high temperature.
