目的探讨卡孕栓配合宫腔填纱治疗前置胎盘术中出血的临床价值。方法 26例前置胎盘术中出血量约500ml以上的患者,采用舌下含服卡孕栓配合宫腔填纱止血。结果 26例均成功止血,无一例取纱后出血,感染。结论前置胎盘剖宫产术中出血时应用卡孕栓配合宫腔填纱能有效迅速控制出血,减少术中出血,避免子宫切除。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of Kapusi suppository combined with intrauterine filling in the treatment of hemorrhage in placenta previa. Methods 26 cases of placenta previa bleeding more than about 500ml patients, subconjunctival carboplatin with intrauterine gauze to stop bleeding. Results All of the 26 cases were successful hemostasis, without any bleeding after taking the yarn. Conclusions In the placenta previa placenta previa, the application of carbamazepine in combination with uterine filling can effectively and quickly control bleeding, reduce intraoperative bleeding and avoid hysterectomy.
