我院成立了经济管理部,设有出纳室、住院处、门诊收款处、物价办公室、经营核算中心、审计科、招标办、药品管理科、仓库保管室,固定资产管理办公室、设备科等部门,医院的财务工作是经济管理的重要组成部分。为合理配置人力资源,减少冗员成本支出,调节与控制科室成本,提高医院的整体效益,制订了合理的人员配置定额,最大限度地发挥人的潜能,制订了合理的分配政策,各科室各种支出均与绩效工资直接挂钩。
