针对爆炸成腔与爆炸衬砌对周围介质密度的影响进行了数值模拟和现场试验研究。应用Dyna-2D软件进行数值模拟研究的结果与近20多年以来相关的研究结论基本一致。数值模拟研究表明,在爆炸形成的腔体或砌体内壁存在一个密度小于介质初始密度的低密度区。但是,现场试验研究的结果并不支持这些结论。通过10次现场爆炸试验对爆后介质的密度进行了实测。研究结果表明:无论是爆炸成腔还是爆炸衬砌,腔壁附近介质的密度均大于介质的初始密度,不存在所谓的低密度区。认为“腔壁近区密度不是最大”、“空腔壁上的介质层,有一密度小于其初始密度的层”的观点是错误的。
The effects of explosion cavities and explosive lining on the density of surrounding medium are simulated and field experiments are carried out. The results of numerical simulation using Dyna-2D software are basically the same as the conclusions of the research about the past 20 years. Numerical simulations show that there is a low density zone in the cavity or the inner wall of the masonry that is less dense than the initial density of the medium. However, the results of field trials do not support these conclusions. The detonation medium density was measured by 10 on-site explosion tests. The results show that the density of the medium near the cavity wall is higher than the initial density of the medium, no matter what the so-called low density zone exists. It is wrong to assume that “the density of the near-wall region is not the largest”, “the dielectric layer on the cavity wall has a layer whose density is less than its initial density.”
