传统变送器大多采用模拟信号实现设备间通信,信号易受干扰,且传统变送器功耗过高。而HART协议可以实现在模拟线路上传送数字信号,文中介绍了HART协议的功能特点,并阐述了在此协议基础上的低功耗智能仪表软、硬件设计思想。同时,基于MSP430系列单片机的超低功耗的特点,文中给出了用MSP430构建的基于HART协议的智能变送器通信模块的硬件接口电路,以及HART通信的软件流程图。
Most traditional transmitters use analog signals to achieve communication between devices, the signal is susceptible to interference, and the traditional transmitter consumes too much power. The HART protocol can transmit digital signals on the analog line. The paper introduces the features of the HART protocol, and elaborates the software and hardware design ideas of low power consumption intelligent instruments based on this protocol. At the same time, based on the ultra-low power consumption characteristics of MSP430 series MCU, hardware interface circuit of intelligent transmitter communication module based on HART protocol built by MSP430 and software flow chart of HART communication are given.
