“大关爱”体系是由工会帮扶工作、送温暖工程、爱心互助会等载体组成的体系。“大关爱”体系建设在工会全局工作中的重要地位日益凸显,已经成为衡量工会维权工作水平的重要标尺。随着企业的发展、职工的需求变化,“大关爱”体系迫切需要加强和创新。建设综合性的职工服务中心,不断加强“大关爱”体系建设,是适应新形势、落实新要求的创新实践和现实课题。
“Great love” system is a system composed of the supportive work of trade unions, delivery of warm works, mutual assistance and other carriers. The important position of the “big love” system construction in the overall work of trade unions has become increasingly prominent, and it has become an important benchmark for measuring the work level of trade union rights protection.
