[目的]观察复方芪丹益肾冲剂对阳离子化牛血清白蛋白诱导的大鼠原位免疫复合物性肾炎的治疗作用.[方法]将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、芪丹益肾冲剂大、小剂量组及肾炎舒组.除正常对照组外其他4个组大鼠通过注射给予阳离子化牛血清白蛋白建立原位免疫复合物性肾炎模型.建立模型第3周开始给药,建立模型第6周末处死大鼠,采血,取肾脏,测定各项生物化学指标,观察形态学改变.[结果]芪丹益肾冲剂大、小剂量组尿蛋白定量与模型对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01).血清白蛋白、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、血肌酐及尿素氮水平与模型对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01).芪丹益肾冲剂可减轻原位免疫复合物性肾炎大鼠基底膜增厚,改善电子致密物沉积情况.[结论]芪丹益肾冲剂可降低原位免疫复合物性肾炎模型大鼠的24h尿蛋白定量,改善肾功能,降低血脂水平,减轻肾小球病理改变.
[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of compound Qidan Yizhen granule on cationic bovine serum albumin-induced in situ immunocomplex nephritis in rats. [Methods] Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, Dan Yizhen Granules large and small dose group and nephritis Shu group.Except for the normal control group, the other 4 groups of rats given cationic bovine serum albumin by injection to establish in situ immune complex nephritis model.We set up the model from the third week to give The model rats were sacrificed at the end of the 6th week to collect the blood and take the kidneys. The biochemical indexes were determined and morphological changes were observed. [Results] The urine protein of QDDY group was higher than that of the model control group (P <0.01). The levels of serum albumin, total cholesterol, triglyceride, serum creatinine and urea nitrogen had statistical significance compared with the model control group (P <0.05, P <0.01) Dan Yizhen Granule can reduce thickening of basement membrane in rats with in situ immunocomplex nephritis and improve the deposition of electron dense material. [Conclusion] QDTYR can reduce the quantitative urinary protein in 24 hours in situ immunocomplex nephritis model rats , Good renal function, lower blood lipid levels, reduce glomerular pathology.
