植物分子育种包括分子标记辅助选择(MAS)和利用基因工程育种。选择是指在一个群体中选择符合需要的基因型,它是育种中最重要的环节之一。传统育种是从表现型推断基因型。表现型选择对寡基因控制的质量性状较为有效,而对多基因控制的数量性状则效率不高。随着基因相关研究的深入,分子标记辅助选择技术为实现对基因型的直接选择提供了可能。本文阐述了MAS的应用研究,讨论了MAS存在的问题、发展前景和展望。
Plant molecular breeding includes molecular marker-assisted selection (MAS) and breeding using genetic engineering. Choosing means choosing a genotype that matches your needs in one group, which is one of the most important aspects of breeding. Traditional breeding is deduced from phenotype genotypes. Phenotypic selection is more effective on the quality traits controlled by oligo genes, while the quantitative traits controlled by multiple genes are not efficient. With the deepening of genetic related research, molecular marker-assisted selection technology has made it possible to realize the direct selection of genotypes. This article describes the application of MAS, discusses the problems, prospects and prospects of MAS.
