T 细胞慢性淋巴细胞白血病(T-CLL)约占慢淋的1～5%。单克隆抗体(单抗)免疫分型研究表明,T-CLL 表型具有异质性。国内对 T-CLL 还未见专题报告。本文通过单抗分型等实验室检查,结合临床对1例T-CLL 进行研究,并综合有关 T-CLL 主要文献,加以讨论。病例报告向××,女,71岁,以淋巴结肿大2个月住院。患者自1985年8月起在颌下,颈、腋下和腹股沟部陆续出现对称及无痛性淋巴结增大,伴发热、乏力,体温37.3～38℃间。入院检查:贫血貌,扁桃体肿大Ⅱ°。两侧颌
T-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (T-CLL) accounts for about 1 to 5% of chronic leaching. Immuno-typing of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) revealed that the T-CLL phenotype is heterogeneous. Domestic T-CLL has not yet seen a special report. In this paper, monoclonal antibody typing and other laboratory tests, combined with the clinical study of 1 case of T-CLL, and synthesize the main literature on T-CLL, to be discussed. Case report to × ×, female, 71 years old, with lymph node enlargement 2 months hospitalization. Patients from August 1985 in the submandibular, neck, armpits and groin gradually after the symmetrical and painless lymph node enlargement, with fever, fatigue, body temperature 37.3 ~ 38 ℃.
