依据GB/T14074-2006标准,详细分析并评估了滴定法测定脲醛树脂(UF)中游离甲醛含量的不确定因素。通过建立数学模型,确定了不确定度的来源,分析了甲醛含量测定中各个不确定度的影响因素。结果表明:计算合成的标准不确定度为0.0034%,扩展不确定度为0.0068%;在试验条件下,重复性所产生的不确定度是影响测试结果的主要因素,在日常操作中应加以控制。
According to the GB / T14074-2006 standard, the uncertainty of titration determination of free formaldehyde in UF was analyzed and evaluated in detail. Through establishing the mathematical model, the source of the uncertainty is determined, and the influencing factors of each uncertainty in the determination of formaldehyde content are analyzed. The results show that the standard uncertainty of calculation and synthesis is 0.0034% and the expansion uncertainty is 0.0068% .Uncertainty caused by repeatability is the main factor affecting the test results under the test conditions and should be controlled in daily operation .
