提出了“五低三窄一高”新工艺技术,并开发了与新工艺技术相配套的智能多环协同优化与控制技术。应用该新技术对郑州龙祥铝业有限公司原设计容量为154kA的铝电解系列134台电解槽进行技术升级,在无需改变现有铝电解槽结构的条件下,成功地将其升级为一个高效节能型180kA级铝电解系列,为期9个月的工业应用表明,平均槽电压降低到3.83V~3.88V,阳极效应系数降低到0.02次/(槽.日),平均电流效率提升到93.5%,吨铝节电1183kWh。
Proposed a new technology of “five low, three narrow and one high”, and developed intelligent multi-ring coordination and control technology which is matched with the new technology. Applying this new technology, Zhengzhou Longxiang Aluminum Co., Ltd. has upgraded its 134-cell aluminum electrolysis cell series with a designed capacity of 154kA to a high efficiency without changing the existing aluminum cell structure. Energy-saving 180kA aluminum electrolytic series, 9-month industrial application shows that the average cell voltage is reduced to 3.83V ~ 3.88V, the anode effect coefficient is reduced to 0.02 times / (trough day), the average current efficiency to 93.5% Tons of aluminum power 1183kWh.
